The ConiuGo GmbH develops, produces and sells   telecommunication technology for industrial applications in GSM- networks.   The companys business is both: development of customer focussed software and production   and sale of the corresponding hardware solutions. A further offer to our   customers is a competence centre for GSM technology that give advice and   technical support.

 

Depending on ConiuGo´s market and business the   company guarantees to keep norms and sets of rules relevant for quality   management during development, production, service and sales. Especially   these are rules of ISO and related national standards.

 

Centre of ConiuGo´s quality management policy is the   customer with his expectation to product and service. Quality means that   every company partner can expect co-operation due to the best possible   technical standard from first contact until offer, contract and technical   support. For customers all over the world the application of ConiuGo´s   quality management guarantees absolutely fulfil of all international   standards regarding the companys quality politic.

 

The quality politic of the company ensures that   suppliers are integrated into product development and supervised in regard of   product quality and organisation. ConiuGo`s customer can expect a delivery on   time and optimal relation between price and product performance.

 

From the companys leadership quality management is   considered as a responsibility widely extended beyond simple customer   orientation. Real quality simply needs an organisation of all internal terms   that includes all staff members considering themselves as mutual   "customers". This widely spread quality consciousness is an   essential of the companys culture. It is a need for satisfying work of a   self-confident - but as well self-critical - team. Out of this responsibility   the company leadership is obliged to all questions of the quality in any   special cases. To fulfill all quality obligation ConiuGo has a   quality management system fulfilling all terms of ISO 9001- standard. It is   permanently revised to meet all current requirements of quality safeguard in   the company as well as the development of the standardisation. The QM-system   is revised and audited internally and externally in order to ensure its   function by internal competence as well as external, independent control.
